Who are we?

Van Crash Line provides credit hire and repair exclusively for drivers (and their agents) who have been involved in road accidents that are not their fault. We have the experience to be able to make quick judgements of liability.

Van Crash Line is part of the Car Crash Line Group, which was formed in 1997, simply because there was a need to help drivers involved in accidents. Over time we have grown more skilful and gained more industry experience, and now we are now one of the leading accident claims management companys in the UK. We are able to offer a full cost-effective service to our customers, and give total reassurance to their clients.

The Car Crash Line Group employs over 300 people and has a group fleet of over 7000 vehicles, from motorcycles and small hatchbacks, to executive luxury cars and commercial trucks. We have at our disposal one of the most comprehensive vehicle fleets in the industry.

Our Operations Include:
  • CCL UK: 'authorised hire' replacement vehicles to the UK insurance industry
  • Car Crash Line: credit hire and repair, as well as accident management service for 'non-fault' car accident victims
  • Bike Crash Line: credit hire and repair, as well as accident management service for 'non-fault' bike accident victims
  • Van Crash Line: credit hire and repair, as well as accident management service for 'non-fault' van/commercials accident victims
  • Flexxilease: flexxible vehicle leasing service, from 3 months to longer term contracts to the business and retail markets


LOCATIONS

Car Crash Line Group currently operates 17 vehicle delivery branches around the UK. The branches are strategically placed to enable fast and easy access throughout the whole of the country, ensuring that our vehicles can be delivered anywhere within 4 working hours, whenever required by our insurance clients. To meet any extra future demand we are able to expand this network even further, so that our coverage of the UK will always remain second to none.

Each of the sites are ‘self managed’ and take responsibility for all day to day tasks, this includes administration, vehicle delivery direct from manufactures or dealerships, vehicle preparation and then forward delivery to the client. Throughout our 17 branches we always endeavour to have a wide cross section of vehicles, in order to match expectations for the demographic area. However at times of increased business we have the capability to source from our nominated companies to offer you exceptional service and customer experience.
